The San Antonio College Office of Technology Services (OTS) provides support with updating the e911 and web-based VOIP phone directory information for full-time Faculty and Staff Phone devices. Please make sure to periodically review the phone directory to verify your information is up to date. If the information is not accurate, please submit a FootPrints work order so that SAC Office of Technology Services can update the information. To view the VOIP phone directory, go to www.alamo.edu, scroll down to ‘Employee Portal’ and click the link under the ‘Directory’ section.
VOIP Phone Directory Updates can be requested through the online service ticket website at http://footprints.alamo.edu. When submitting a Footprints work order, please select:
