eFax Service

Service Description:
The online fax service, or eFax, enables students and employees of San Antonio College to send and receive faxes quickly, privately, and securely through a web browser. With this online fax service, San Antonio College saves on fax machine costs such as purchasing equipment, setup, and maintenance of extra phone lines. The eFax service also reduces the cost of paper and ink.

Eligibility: Student, Staff, Faculty

Availability:
Employees can use eFax at their departments during regular work hours. Students can use eFax services at the Mega Lab (MLC 502) during Mega Lab Hours of Operation.

How to access services (Procedures if Any):

Employees:
Faculty and Staff can access this service by visiting http://fax.alamo.edu/.  To sign in, use the assigned department group email account and password.  The Department Secretary typically has the department login information.

Students: 
Students can use SAC's eFax services by visiting the Student Mega Lab located in the Moody Learning Center, room 502. Mega Lab staff will assist students with fax requests. The eFax service is only available for academic use and students are limited to 10 pages.
