If your department has a need for a special technology related purchase, contact the Office of Technology Services (OTS) to determine if budget is available. If your quotes or documents that are part of the purchase require signatures, OTS will follow the procedures noted in SOP - OTS Administration - Technology Purchases with Agreement or Contract Signature Requirements (External) to obtain signatures. Note: SAC Office of Technology Services (OTS) is provided a budget for technology related purchases. This budget is primarily to renew existing software/hardware maintenance and to replace 20% of computers assigned to Staff, Faculty and Labs each fiscal year.
