Password Reset

Service Description:
The office of Technology Services is able to assist employees and students with password resets for multiple IT services such as, but not limited to, ACES, Network Accounts, Footprints, and Banner. Since each computing system differs, procedures for password resets will vary.

Eligibility: Student, Staff, Faculty

Availability:
Monday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Fridays 8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m. Excluding college holidays and closures.

How to access services (Procedures if Any):

Students: For ACES password resets, students can contact the San Antonio College Help Desk at 210-486-0777 or the District Help Desk at 210-485-0555.  The District Help Desk has extended operating hours. Visit the District Helpdesk Website to view their normal hours of operation. SAC students may also visit the OTS Mega Lab, located in MLC room 502, for walk-in assistance with ACES password resets.

Employees: For ACES password resets, faculty and staff can contact the San Antonio College Help Desk at 210-486-0777.  For Banner, network account, or any other password reset, faculty and staff can access services by submitting a request through the SAC IT Service Work Order Solution at https://footprints.alamo.edu.

· In the work order Services listed, choose "IT Support," "Helpdesk" "Password Reset," "Network Account (AD) Password Reset."
