Respondus Lockdown Browser
Service Description:
Respondus Lockdown Browser is an application that integrates with Canvas as another layer of security to address cheating on exams. Respondus Lockdown Browser works by locking the student into your Canvas exam until he/she has completed and submitted the exam. LockDown Browser disables the students' ability to print, copy, visit other websites or access other applications while the exam is in progress.

24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Excludes emergency system maintenance timeframes.
How to access services (Procedures if Any):
Respondus Lockdown Browser is a tool that is automatically integrated within your Canvas Course and is available to Faculty on the Canvas Course Navigation Bar. If you don't see the button, then you may have to unhide it on the Navigation tab accessed through the course settings link.
