IT Service Level Metrics

Service Description:

The Office of Technology Services (OTS) uses Service Level Metrics to measure attainment of key service goals.  These metrics are captured and reported on a monthly basis on our OTS AlamoShare home page. 

Key Metrics Include:

- IT Projects

- Network Availability

- Application Availability

- Incident Management

- Instructional Technology Training Statistics

- Inventory Management
