Available Software List

Service Description:
The Office of Technology Services maintains a master list of all software that is purchased and supported for San Antonio College use. Our Software Coordinator manages, tracks, and updates this listing consisting of system and application software names, vendor contacts, licensing type, keys and locations for restoration purposes.

Eligibility: Staff, Faculty

Availability:
Monday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Excluding college closures and holidays. Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Excluding college closures and holidays.

How to access services (Procedures if Any):

Access to the Available Software List is limited. However, for further information regarding available software or to request services, please contact the software coordinator, Jesse Villanueva, at 210-486-0786 or sac-software@alamo.edu. Services may also be requested through the online ticketing website FootPrints. When submitting a ticket please select "Enterprise Applications" from the Category field, the appropriate selection from the Sub-Category field, and "Request" from the Action field and "Service Request" in the Ticket Type field.
