End of Course Evaluations

Service Description:
The Office of Technology Services values participant feedback for training and events that are offered by our Service Units, primarily provided by the Student Mega Lab and Instructional Technology Center. In order to make data-driven decisions regarding the value and quality of the training and/or trainer and how future training session are conducted, a short evaluation may be administered. These short evaluations typically take about 5 minutes or less to complete.

Eligibility: Student, Staff, Faculty

Availability:
End of course evaluations are available at the end of training sessions or workshops. They are provided either online or in print format.

How to access services (Procedures if Any):
Trainers may hand out paper evaluation forms at the conclusion of a training or may mark attendance in AlamoTalent in ACES and push an evaluation to the participants to provide feedback.

Employees:


If an evaluation is administered as required after the training session via AlamoTalent, then an email will be generated once the attendance is recorded inviting the participant to complete the evaluation. The user will also notice that the training will not be marked as completed, but pending evaluation. Once the survey is completed, then the participant's status for the training will change to completed.
