Service Description:

The 4 Disciplines of Execution (4DX) is a process operating system that enables organizations to execute their strategies effectively. At Alamo Colleges, we aim  to excel in Student Success and Performance Excellence. By utilizing 4DX, individuals, teams, and organizations can develop improved processes and cultivate habits of excellence, all in support of the Alamo Colleges Wildly Important Goals (WIGs). Eligibility: Staff, Faculty

Availability:
24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Excluding emergency system maintenance time frames.

How to access services (Procedures if Any):
4DX Support SharePoint Site @ SAC: https://alamo0.sharepoint.com/sites/SAC-cs/SitePages/4DX-Support-Site.aspx
To Submit a WIG Close Out form: Select the Close Out Form within the SharePoint Site.
To Submit a Service Request to retire or to create a new WIG or Lead space within My4DX.com: Select the Service Request Form button within the SharePoint Site. 
Please use the Service Request Form within the SharePoint Site to also request 4DX technical support or 4DX password resets.

Note:  Please remember to submit a Close Out Form before you request a new WIG or a Lead.  My4DX.com should also be updated with the latest WIG numbers before the Close Out Process.

Training is available regularly both through the ACCESS Talent, Organization & Strategic Innovation (TOSI) Office and SAC Office of Technology Services (OTS). Please go to AlamoTalent via ACES to view sessions and to register.  Only 4DX Team Leads need to attend the My4DX Workshop.

4DX Walk-In Technical Assistance is available at our SAC Instructional Innovation Center - MLC 712.
