_The Office of Technology Services (OTS) Audio/Video services
team of experts is here to offer tailored consultation services aimed at supporting the San Antonio College campus in the planning and technology design of various learning spaces, meeting rooms, conference rooms, and event facilities. Additionally, we provide guidance and assistance to our college employees who wish to improve or create technologically advanced environments. Our goal is to enhance the design and functionality of these spaces to facilitate an enriched learning and collaborative experience.

How to access services (Procedures if Any):
To schedule a classroom consultation or for further questions regarding audio/video design consultations, please submit a ticket through the online ticketing service website FootPrints, at https://footprints.alamo.edu/footprints/servicedesk/login.html . When submitting a ticket, please select
“Hardware Support”
in the Category field,
“AV Equipment”
in the Sub-Category field and
“Request”
in the Action field and
"Service Request"
in the Ticket Type field. Support can also be attained by contacting the SAC Helpdesk at 210-486-0777.

Additional Information:
San Antonio faculty and staff are the only authorized clients to request installation of media equipment.
Assessment of the classroom will take place to determine infrastructural, labor, electrical work, and equipment needs.
Vendors will be contracted for quote information.
Quotes will be forwarded to the requestor to determine funding.
Once the installation is complete, end users should file another Footprints ticket to schedule an appointment for a training session on how to use the equipment.
