Photo Booth Reservations

Service Description:
The Office of Technology Services (OTS) department offers photo booth equipment loans to San Antonio College faculty and staff.  Equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis.  We recommend that all requests be submitted no later than one week in advance to ensure availability.  The equipment is not guaranteed until the request has been confirmed via email by the OTS department.  The use of Alamo Colleges property for personal use is prohibited.

Availability:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Excluding college holidays and closures.

How to access services (Procedures if Any):
To reserve the photo booth, submit a ticket through the online ticketing service website FootPrints, at https://footprints.alamo.edu  Clients will need to adhere to the Photo Booth User Guidelines and submit a signed “Certification and Acknowledgement” Form upon submitting a reservation.  Support can also be attained by contacting the SAC Help Desk at 210-486-0777.

Additional Information:
  • The photo booth may only be reserved for events held on the San Antonio College campus. 
  • The client must purchase and obtain the photo booth supplies prior to submitting a reservation for the photo booth.  A quote for supplies can be obtained by the OTS department secretary, Fannie Dominguez.
  • Equipment will require training for first-time borrowers; Training will be provided at least one day prior to the day of the event.
