Off-Campus Technology Use
Service Description:
The Off-Campus Technology Use service is designed to support staff and faculty who need access to institutional technology resources from remote locations, such as their homes, libraries, or other off-campus environments. This service ensures that users can seamlessly connect to campus systems, access critical resources, and maintain productivity, regardless of their physical location.

Staff, Faculty
Availability:
Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., excluding college holidays and closures.
How to access services (Procedures if Any):
1. An employee requesting to take any asset home must completely fill out a
Loaned Property Request Form
.
2. Employee's Supervisor will then sign the Property Request Form.
3. Designated Property Steward for each College Department will sign Property Request Form and submit to District Inventory Teams'
email address

Note:
Participation in the annual physical inventory process is required by Alamo Colleges District (ACD) Asset Management Office. All employees must bring in all tagged assets to work to get the item reconciled during the scheduled inventory for San Antonio College.
