Multimedia Support

Service Description:

The Multimedia Support service provides San Antonio College faculty, staff, and administrators with expert assistance in the design, setup, and execution of multimedia solutions for academic and institutional needs. From event support to classroom media integration and training, this service ensures high-quality audiovisual experiences across campus.

Service Offerings Include:

  • Multimedia setup and support for live events, conferences, lectures, and presentations
  • Video recording, editing, and streaming services
  • Assistance with digital signage, content displays, and campus communications
  • Audio and video equipment checkout for academic use
  • Installation and configuration of multimedia equipment in classrooms and meeting spaces
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance of multimedia systems
  • Consultation on multimedia needs for instructional or promotional projects
  • Training on multimedia tools and equipment

Eligibility: Staff, Faculty

Availability:
Training and consultation available during standard business hours to Faculty and Staff. Online materials available 24/7.

How to access services (Procedures if Any):

FootPrints can be accessed through the web by visiting http://FootPrints.alamo.edu. 

Email requests can be sent to the SAC help desk at: sac-helpdesk@alamo.edu. Email requests are automatically routed to the Footprints System. Be sure to include your contact information in all email requests.

Additional Information: The Instructional Innovation Center focuses exclusively on training and instructional integration support. For classroom equipment concerns or AV setup for events, contact the Technical Support Services Team.

Faculty and staff may request one-on-one Multimedia  training by calling 210.486.0712, via email at sac-iic@alamo.edu, booking time with one of our staff on the Instructional Innovation Center Website, or visiting in person at MLC 712.
