AlamoShare 365, also known as SharePoint, is a powerful tool that enables employees to organize, communicate, and collaborate effectively. It provides a centralized platform where staff and faculty can access essential processes, procedures, resources, and information. AlamoShare 365 equips teams with tools to improve workflows, communicate across campuses, and share documents seamlessly, ultimately enhancing productivity and efficiency.

Employees can securely access AlamoShare 365 content through the Alamo Colleges Microsoft network or (ACES). Specific AlamoShare administrators are assigned to each college.  These administrators help with general questions, manage training, and permission access, and create new sites, upon request.
