Service Description: Alamo Colleges Educational Services (ACES) is a secure online platform that serves as a centralized hub for all students and employees. Employees can use ACES to manage their leave requests and view their pay stub information, while also having the ability to register for professional development sessions to enhance their skills and knowledge. Faculty members can use ACES to access the online courses they are assigned to teach, streamlining the course management process. In addition, ACES provides access to email and serves as a reliable source for the latest news, upcoming events, and important updates related to Alamo Colleges. With its user-friendly interface and secure login process, ACES ensures that all users can easily access the tools they need to manage their academic and professional endeavours.

How to access services (Procedures if Any):
STUDENTS: Once enrolled in Alamo Colleges via APPLY TEXAS, students will receive an email confirming their application and be given an ACES user name and password in order to login to ACES.  Services can accessed through the Internet at  https://aces.alamo.edu. For instructions on how to use ACES for registration and other enrolment procedures, click on the following link: http://alamo.edu/sac/OTS/eClips/

FACULTY/STAFF: Faculty and Staff will be granted access to ACES during the hiring process.
