Service Description:
AlamoTalent (formerly AlamoLearn) is a Talent Management System which tracks training, performance and career planning of employees, and aligns them with strategic goals. The system delivers on demand, measurable training initiatives to all colleges and district offices.  It also provides transparent processes around learning and performance management, recruitment, career planning, and goal setting.  With AlamoTalent, employees are equipped with access to an online training record.

Eligibility: Staff, Faculty

Availability:
24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Excludes emergency system maintenance timeframes.

How to access services (Procedures if Any):
You can access AlamoTalent by logging into ACES, select the Employee Tab, and click on the AlamoTalent link. Once in AlamoTalent, if you know the name of the training you wish to enroll in, simply type the name of the class in the search box located on the top right corner. To access other AlamoTalent features, click on Upcoming Events Calendar, search the Course Catalog, or view your profile by clicking on My Profile. Within AlamoTalent you can navigate through a number of tabs such as: Career Center, My Learning, My Performance, Communities, and Recruit. These resources will allow you to do a multitude of things ranging from searching new job postings to joining a Alamo College's community.
