Computer Lab Reservations

Service Description:
San Antonio College has several computer labs that can be reserved for teaching, meetings, and/or workshops. Labs can be reserved for one-time events or for use during the entire semester. Some computer labs are reserved through SAC Facilities Management and other computer labs must be reserved through their respective department. If you do not know the appropriate point of contact for a lab, contact Facilities Management and they will direct you to the correct person.

Eligibility: Staff, Faculty

Availability:
Classrooms are available during normal college business hours. To reserve a classroom or lab outside normal college hours, a special request must be made.

How to access services (Procedures if Any):

To reserve an instructional computer lab, please contact its respective department. Please provide date, times, and purpose for lab use. If you are unsure who the computer lab owner/contact is, contact SAC Facilities Management at (210) 486-0870 and they will direct you to the correct person.
