Student Computer Support

Service Description:

San Antonio College Office of Technology Services (OTS) provides basic walk-in computer support services to San Antonio College students. The ACE Tech Store agents are available to assist clients with basic diagnostics, virus and malware cleaning, and performance optimization.

Eligibility: Student

Availability:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. Excluding college holidays or closures.

How to access services (Procedures if Any): For walk-in technical support services on assigned Alamo Colleges' equipment, students can visit the OTS Laptop Distribution Center, located in the Moody Learning Center, room 207. For assistance on a personal device, students will be referred to the ACE Tech Store.
