ACES Web Services For Faculty and Staff

Service Description:

ACES Web Services are available within the Employee tab and Faculty tab of ACES accounts. Personal Information (i.e., home addresses and phones, personal e-mail addresses, Alamo Colleges email password, emergency contacts, etc.) can be viewed/updated via Web Services.  An Employee tab is available to access time sheets, leave balances, pay information, etc. The Faculty tab can be used to view class schedule, class lists, wait lists, and to post midterm and final grades.

Eligibility: Staff, Faculty

Availability:
24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Excludes emergency system maintenance timeframes.

How to access services (Procedures if Any):
Go to https://aces.alamo.edu.  The ACES homepage has links to help you obtain your ACES User Name. 
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) was added to the ACES portal.  Users will be required to pass a second factor of authentication after confirming their credentials (username and password) when logging into the ACES Portal. Users will be able to choose how they receive their one-time passcode based on their profile attributes. If both an email and mobile phone number are registered to their account, they will be able to choose between Email, SMS, or Voice.

First-time users only:  Your default password will be the first two letters of your last name, IN CAPS, followed by your birthdate in MMDDYY format.
