Alamo Colleges Educational Services (ACES) is a secure portal that employees can use to access leave and pay stub information, as well as to register for professional development sessions. Faculty can use ACES to access online courses that they are assigned to teach. ACES also provides access to email and the latest information of events and important news for Alamo Colleges.
Faculty and Staff will be granted access to ACES during the hiring process.
You will need your ACES Username and password to login to aces.alamo.edu
The initial password is the first two letters of your last name, in uppercase letters, followed by your birthdate in MMDDYY format.
Example: Joe Smith, born on Oct. 11, 1985 would have a default password of SM101185.
If your default password does not work with your birthday:
Try the first two letters of your last name in upper case plus the last 6 numbers of your Banner ID.
Example: Joe Smith, with Banner ID 901234567, would have a default password of SM234567.
