Open Access Student Kiosks

Service Description:
Open Access Student Kiosks are stations which provide easy access to campus wide information and services including: Academic Calendar, Campus Maps, News, and more. Kiosks are generally placed within the lobby of key classroom buildings at SAC.  The Office of Technology Services (OTS) provides hardware and system support for all kiosks that have been deployed across the San Antonio College (SAC) campus.  In addition, OTS Staff provide support for purchasing, installing, and troubleshooting services.

Availability:
Open access student kiosks are available on campus during standard college operating hours.

How to access services (Procedures if Any):
The Office of Technology Services can assist with new Kiosk setup and existing kiosk maintenance. To report a problem or for assistance with a kiosk station, contact the college Help Desk at 210-486-0777 or employees can request service through the online ticketing website at http://footprints.alamo.edu.
