Email for Students

Service Description:

Email for students is available via ACES accounts and mobile devices.  ACES email is the official means of communication for Alamo Colleges.  The email address is composed of the ACES username followed by @student.alamo.edu (Example: If ACES username is jsmith1234, email address is jsmith1234@student.alamo.edu).  A unique email password is assigned and available via ACES > Student tab > Web Services > Personal Information.  This unique password cannot be changed.

Eligibility: Student

Availability:
24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Excludes emergency system maintenance timeframes.

How to access services (Procedures if Any):
The default password for ACES First-Time Users is the first two letters of your last name, IN CAPS, followed by your birthdate in MMDDYY format.

You can access your email by logging in to your ACES account and clicking the email icon located on the top right of the page.
