The Alamo Colleges telephone system utilizes the Voice Over Internet Protocol or VoIP network. VoIP phones assigned to faculty and staff of San Antonio college are able to place calls over the SAC network, instead of the traditional public switched telephone network. Conference calls using the VoIP network are very similar to traditional conference calls. The Office of Technology Services is available to provide assistance with all of your audio conferencing support needs.
