District Information Technology Services maintains several key email distribution lists to support sending mass email messages to faculty, employees, staff and students.  Email distribution list functions much the same as an individual group does in Outlook.  Use of College-wide distribution lists is limited to specific department heads and group leaders at San Antonio College.  In addition to the Campus-wide Distribution lists, email distribution lists can be created within Email Outlook software.  A single address can contain many email addresses.  For private distribution lists, the group owner can add and remove members at will.
