Mobile Device Support

Service Description:
"Mobile Device" is a term used at Alamo Colleges to refer to a variety of portable devices including, smart phones and tablets. All mobile devices connecting to the Alamo Colleges' network must abide by the Alamo Colleges Appropriate Use Policy. The Office of Technology Services (OTS) provides email and wireless setup for most mobile devices. Visit the OTS Service Center located in MLC 207 to explore mobile support options.

Availability:
College Help Desk Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Fridays 8:00 a.m.-- 5:00 p.m. Excluding college holidays and closures.

How to access services (Procedures if Any):
For walk in assistance, employees and students can visit the Service Center located in the Moody Learning Center, room 208. There, staff will be able to assist with mobile device support, including but not limited to, setting up wireless connection as well as setting up Alamo Colleges' email on a mobile device. Employees and students may also contact the college Help Desk for further assistance at 210-486-0777.
