Email Access

Service Description:
Every actively enrolled student and employee at San Antonio College is given an Alamo Colleges email account. This email account is immediately activated upon enrollment or employment at the Alamo Colleges. Students and employees will need to login to their ACES account to access this email. All official communications from San Antonio College will be sent to this email account. For reference, the following are examples of both employee and student email addresses:

Eligibility: Student, Staff, Faculty

Availability:
24 hours a day, 7 days a week, excluding emergency system maintenance time frames

How to access services (Procedures if Any):

Email is accessible through the ACES portal located at: https://aces.alamo.edu . You will need your ACES User Name and Password to login to the website. 

Employees:
Faculty and staff may directly access their email account using the Microsoft Outlook application on their workstations. If assistance is needed with email setup, please contact the college HelpDesk at 210-486-0777 or submit a FootPrints ticket through the online service website at https://footprints.alamo.edu.
 
Former Students and Employees Login To ACES Instructions:

1.If you remember your User Name and Password, login to ACES.
2.If you forgot your password or if you still cannot login to ACES, call the Help Desk at 210-485-0555.


 First-Time Users Only:

Your default password will be the first two letters of your last name, IN CAPS, followed by your birthdate in MMDDYY format
