Calendar information can be shared with other people using Microsoft Outlook. There are different ways to share calendar information. For example, when a colleague wants to schedule a meeting with you and they can't see your Outlook calendar, you can send them a snapshot of your calendar, or better yet, an invitation to subscribe to your calendar in an email message. You can also create a calendar folder for a specific group or project and share it with the co-workers involved. Please note: any message, contact, or task in Outlook can be marked as private so that others don't see the item in a shared folder.
You can share calendar information with people in three ways:
SAC Help Desk Operating Hours Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. Friday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
District Help Desk Operating Hours Monday - Friday: 8 a.m. – 12 a.m. Saturday: 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. Sunday: 11 a.m. – 12 a.m.
