Service Description:
ePortfolios are digitized collections of student, staff, or faculty artifacts such as presentations, multimedia, applications, and various other electronic works. ePortolios serve as a means of storage space for collecting, organizing, and managing content or information as well as who can have access to these artifacts. ePortolios are often used to help facilitate the exchange of ideas and best practices, advisement, demonstrate mastery of learning or achievement, career preparation or advancement, a means of giving and receiving feedback, stimulate reflections on individuals, groups, or institutions.

Availability:
ePortfolios are available to individuals as long as they have an active student or employee account with the Alamo Colleges. ePortfolios can also be downloaded for continued access after graduation or termination of employment.
How to access services (Procedures if Any):
To access or create your ePortfolio, log into ACES and click the "Canvas Resources" link located on the right hand side of the "Home" tab. Once in the Canvas Dashboard, click on the "Account" icon and choose the "ePortfolios" option. For technical support regarding ePortfolios, please contact the SAC Helpdesk at 210-486-0777 or submit a work order using the Footprints ticketing system.
