Service Description:

The Office of Technology Services (OTS) delivers Information Technology (IT) and telecommunication services to San Antonio College.  OTS is responsible for operating and maintaining end user IT hardware and related software. 

OTS establishes office procedures, general guidelines and standards to ensure that all users at San Antonio College are fully aware of our key IT processes and services.

Office of Technology Services, IT Procedures are stored within Alamo Share:

To access the IT procedures, go to http://share.alamo.edu/sac/ and login using your SAC network username and password (username format is SAC\ACES Username and password is same password you use to login to your office computer workstation). 

Office of Technology Services Alamo Share site is open to all faculty and staff at San Antonio College.
