Service Description:

The Office of Technology Services (OTS) delivers Information Technology (IT) and telecommunication services to San Antonio College.  OTS is responsible for operating and maintaining end user IT hardware and related software. 

OTS establishes office procedures, general guidelines and standards to ensure that all users at San Antonio College are fully aware of our key IT processes and services.

To access the IT procedures, go to SAC Office of Technology Services Alamo Share (available to faculty and staff at San Antonio College), then scroll down to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Section.
