Department Technology Move
Service Description:
The San Antonio College Office of Technology Services (OTS) Asset Management and Technical Support Team will assist with academic and administrative department office and workspace relocations as a result of department consolidations, growth, new building construction, renovations, or other. Through close coordination with the assigned Zone Technician, the Asset Management Manager will ensure that all IT hardware equipment is moved appropriately and reinstalled as necessary, to minimize disruption of services and equipment loss prevention. The department Property Steward or Property Assistant is responsible for all location changes and/or transfers within WiseTrack, our District wide Asset Tracking Software.

Monday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m.- 7:00 p.m., Friday 8:00a.m. - 5:00 p.m. excluding college holidays and closures.

Faculty and Staff can request services through the online ticketing service Footprints web site at

or contact the college Help Desk at (210) 486-0777. When submitting a Footprints ticket, please select "

" from the Action list and "

Inventory training available in AlamoTalent is mandatory for all employees. This training provides an overview of inventory procedures used at the Alamo Colleges. This training must be completed before access to WiseTrack is granted.
