Help Desk/ Technical Support

Service Description: The Office of Technology Services (OTS) Technical Support unit serves the San Antonio College community as one of the key services for supporting your information technology needs. Our staff can assist you with solutions for a variety of technology related issues, such as basic computing problems, software and hardware issues, and password recovery assistance.

Eligibility: Student, Staff, Faculty

Availability:
Monday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Fridays 8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m. Excluding college holidays and closures. Summer Semester follows a 4 Day Work week

How to access services (Procedures if Any): For technical support, employees can access the online self-service work order solution Footprints at http://footprints.alamo.edu or contact the college Help Desk at (210) 486-0777.

For after-hours technical support, employees and students may contact the District Helpdesk at (210) 485-0555.
