Service Description: The Office of Technology Services (OTS) Technical Support unit serves the San Antonio College community as one of the key resources for supporting your information technology needs. Our staff can assist you with solutions for a variety of technology related issues, such as basic computing problems, software and hardware issues, and password recovery assistance.

Availability:
Monday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Fridays 8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m. Excluding college holidays and closures.

How to access services (Procedures if Any): For technical support, employees can access the online self-service ticket system Footprints at http://footprints.alamo.edu or contact the college Help Desk at (210) 486-0777.

For after-hours technical support, employees and students may contact the District Helpdesk at (210) 485-0555.
