IT Walk-In Technical Support

Service Description:

Office of Technology Services (OTS) Service Center provides IT support to faculty, staff and students of San Antonio College. The OTS Service Center, located on the 2nd  Floor of the Moody Learning Center (MLC) Room 208 and Room 502 (Student Mega Lab), provides support via walk-in service to students, faculty and staff. Walk-In Technical Support key services include:

  • Support for Wireless and Email Configuration
  • Tier I Helpdesk Services
  • IT Service Consulting
  • Short Term Equipment Loan

Availability:
Monday-Thursday: 9:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m., Friday: 9:00 a.m. -- 12 noon Saturday and Sunday: Closed Excluding College Holidays

How to access services (Procedures if Any):

Walk in Technical Support services are available on the 2nd floor of the Moody Learning Center (MLC) in Room 208 and Room 502 (Student Mega Lab). Support staff are available to assist with a variety of Tier 1 Helpdesk Walk In Support services, such as password resets, basic troubleshooting, Wireless Access, ACES Access etc.

Note: Please provide Student ID to request services. Service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Equipment Checkout Times: Monday-Thursday 9:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. and Friday 9:00 a.m.-- 12 noon
