Service Description:

Office of Technology Services (OTS) Service Center provides IT support to faculty, staff and students of San Antonio College. The OTS Service Center, located on the 2nd  Floor of the Moody Learning Center (MLC) Room 207, provides support via walk-in, phone, and email to students, faculty and staff. Primary Service Center key services include:

  • Support for Wireless and Email Configuration
  • Tier I Helpdesk Services
  • IT Service Consulting
  • Short Term Equipment Loan

Availability:
Monday-Friday: 9:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday: Closed Excluding College Holidays

How to access services (Procedures if Any):
Walk in services are available on the 2nd floor of the Moody Learning Center (MLC) in Room 207. Service Center staff is available to assist with a variety of services. Our most sought after services include long term and short term equipment checkouts. You can view our available loan equipment here.

Note: Please provide Student ID to request services. Service is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
