eClips Production

Service Description:

eClips are short, bite sized video tutorials provided by the Office of Technology Services (OTS) to help students, staff, and faculty. These video tutorials cover a wide range of topics such as: signing up for classes, using printer services, FootPrints help, and many more. The OTS eClips production staff offers video development and production services for any new topic that may benefit from or may need an eClips tutorial.

Availability:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., excluding college holidays and closures.

How to access services (Procedures if Any):
An online repository of eClips can be found here. For your convenience, all videos have been cataloged. For technical assistance, please contact the SAC Helpdesk at (210)486-0777. For the development and production of a new eClip, please send your request through the online service ticketing website at http://footprints.alamo.edu. Please be sure to have a topic, rough outline, and due date prepared in advance of the eClips development request.
