Call Center Setup Services
Service Description:
Call Center setup services enables departments of San Antonio College to critically improve their phone answering response-times. Having a call center setup delivers advanced call routing functions to optimize management of large flows of incoming calls and at the same time protect the quality of service for the caller. The Office of Technology Services Technical Support unit is here to assist if call centers are needed in any one department around campus.

Staff, Faculty
Availability:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m., excluding college holidays and closures.
How to access services (Procedures if Any):
To set up a new call center, remove a call center, or report a problem, services can be requested through the online service ticket website at
http://footprints.alamo.edu
. When submitting a ticket, you will need to select
"Make a request for" > "Software" > "General Requests" and then enter the details of your request.

Additional Information:
Only certain phone models will work with a Call Center setup. You will need an Alcatel-Lucent 8068 or 4068 phone unit. The phone model is located underneath the phone.
