Audio Conferencing Support (VOIP)

Service Description:

San Antonio College faculty and staff have access to audio conferencing using the Voice over IP (VoIP) network. The VoIP network allows for phone calls to be made over the internet, as opposed to the traditional public switched telephone network. VoIP conference calls work similarly to traditional conference calls. The Office of Technology Services is available to provide assistance to faculty and staff for all audio conferencing support needs.

Eligibility: Staff, Faculty

Availability:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. Excluding College Holidays.

How to access services (Procedures if Any):
Audio conferencing support and services can be requested through the online service ticket website at http://footprints.alamo.edu or by contacting the SAC Helpdesk.  When submitting a ticket, please select “Conferencing/Presentation” in the Service field, “Events” in the Component field and “Setup Event” in the Detail field.
