Training Guides

Service Description:

The SAC Office of Technology Services (OTS) Instructional Technology unit maintains a collection of training manuals, video tutorials, and reference guides on many of the software systems and services used on campus. Faculty and staff are encouraged to use these reference tools to help guide them step-by-step through the use of software packages. All training guides and manuals are located within Alamo Share at http://share.alamo.edu/sac/ots.

Eligibility: Staff, Faculty

Availability:
24 hours a day, 7 days a week, excluding emergency system maintenance time frames.

How to access services (Procedures if Any):
To access the training guides repository, select the link http://share.alamo.edu/sac/ots  and login to AlamoShare.

To login use the following credentials:
   Username: sac\ACES username
   Password: Same as workstation password

Once in AlamoShare, select the "Training Guides and Videos" link located on the left hand side menu. This will take you to the complete list of training guides.
