Footprints-IT Service Work Order
Service Description:
FootPrints is a web-based, easy to use service management tool that allows clients to submit service requests online. It is used by several departments across San Antonio College and District offices. FootPrints allows all Alamo Colleges and District offices to transfer and share client requests. The system enables departments to document, track, and report on service requests that are received on a daily basis.
Client requests are automatically routed to the appropriate department, allowing for an expedited turnaround. When service requests are complete, FootPrints automatically notifies the Client via email.

How to access services (Procedures if Any):
A workstation login is required to access FootPrints. If you do not have a workstation login, then please have your supervisor or Admin submit a FootPrints work order, to request you a workstation login.
