Faculty and Staff who don't have a SAC network account need to ask their Manager/Supervisor to fill out the User Account Request Form. Faculty and Staff who have a SAC network account can request
services through SAC's online ticketing system web site at http://footprints.alamo.edu. Faculty and Staff with our without a SAC network account can contact the SAC Help Desk at 210-486-0777 for technical support. When submitting a Footprints ticket, select "Hardware Support” from the list of Services, "Desktop" from the list of Component, and "Installation" from the Detail list.
