Password Reset
Service Description:
The office of Technology Services is able to assist employees and students with password resets for multiple IT services such as, but not limited to, ACES, Network Accounts, Footprints, and Banner. Since each computing system differs, procedures for password resets will vary.

Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., excluding college holidays and closures.
How to access services (Procedures if Any):
Students:
For ACES password resets, students can contact the College Helpdesk at 210-486-0777 or the District Helpdesk at 210-485-0555. The District Help Desk has extended operating hours. Their normal hours of operation are:
Mon - Fri: 8:00 am - 12:00 am
Sat: 9:00 am - 9:00 pm
Sun: 12:00 pm - 12:00 am
SAC students may also visit the OTS Service Center, located in MLC room 710, for walk-in assistance with ACES password resets.
Employees:
For ACES password resets, faculty and staff can also contact the college Helpdesk at 210-486-0777 or visit the OTS Service Center for walk in assistance. For Banner, network account, or any other password reset, faculty and staff can access services by submitting a Footprints ticket through the online service website at visiting
