Asset Inventory

Service Description:
The IT Asset Management unit provides support to the San Antonio College community in matters relating to IT asset inventory control including deployment of annual Faculty Workstation Initiatives, coordination of large department moves, retirement of surplus equipment, and central storage. Additionally, this unit develops and implements procedures and processes dealing with asset management for the Office of Technology Services and the San Antonio College community. IT Asset Management is also responsible for conducting scheduled audits/physical inventories of IT Assets and periodic monitoring of IT inventory at San Antonio College.
