Service Description:
The Office of Technology Services maintains a master list of all software that is purchased and supported for San Antonio College use. Our Software Coordinator manages, tracks, and updates this listing consisting of system and application software names, vendor contacts, licensing type, keys and locations for restoration purposes.

Availability:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Excluding college closures and holidays.

How to access services (Procedures if Any):

Access to the Available Software List below is limited due to security of information held. However, for further information regarding available software or to request services, please contact the software coordinator, Marques Minor, at 210-486-0031 or sac-software@alamo.edu. Services may also be requested through the online ticketing website https://footprints.alamo.edu .When submitting a ticket please select "Purchasing" from the Service field, "Software" from the Component field, and "Software Consultation" from the Detail field.
