Classroom Technology Support
The Office of Technology Services provides classrooms that are equipped with various audio/video equipment. Most classrooms at San Antonio College are equipped with a computer, a ceiling mounted projector, and one or more of the following:
· Document Camera
· DVD and VHS Player
· Ceiling Computer Speakers
· Pull Down or Electric Screen
· Laptop Connection
· Wireless Control System such as Creston
· Satellite Key Pad such as AMX
The Office of Technology Services at San Antonio College offers telephone support, remote support, and onsite technical assistance. Classroom technology support is classified as a high priority technical support issue. For emergency issues, an onsite specialist will be immediately alerted to assist the faculty.

For classroom technology support, please submit a Footprints ticket through the online service ticket website
