Web Services

Service Description: The San Antonio College Office of Public Relations provides web services for all the departments and offices within the College. Web services are defined as anything related to communications on the main College website and external additional websites. The SAC website is part of the Alamo Colleges District’s website and is maintained in collaboration with the District Communications Office. Web services can include: training new content authors, developing website content, creating new web pages for a department or office, adding images and video assets to the department page, etc.

Eligibility: Staff, Faculty

Availability:
Monday through Friday, 8:00a.m.-5p.m. excluding college holidays.

How to access services (Procedures if Any): Services can be requested through the “DEPT – Marketing and Strategic Communications Workspace” on the Footprints Work Request System. Employees can access this system through the Employee tab in ACES.  Employees that do not have access to Footprints can contact the Office of Technology Services at 210-486-0777.
