Smart Classrooms
Service Description:
A Smart classroom is a classroom that is equipped with a computer and various audio/video equipment. Most classrooms at San Antonio College are equipped with a computer, a ceiling mounted projector, and one or more of the following:
· Document Camera
· DVD and VHS Player
· Ceiling Computer Speakers
· Pull Down or Electric Screen
· Laptop Connection
· Wireless Control System such as Creston
· Satellite Key Pad such as AMX
Smart-classrooms at San Antonio College are also equipped with control switches to help navigate between various audio and video resources available within the classroom.

For more information about Smart Classrooms or for technical support, please submit a Footprints ticket through the online service ticket website

. When submitting a ticket, you will need to select
"Hardware Support"
in the Service field,
"Classroom Technology"
in the Component field, and select the appropriate option from the Detail field. Services can also be requested by contacting the college Helpdesk at 210-486-0777.
