For troubleshooting, installation requests, or any other inquiries regarding AccuTrack, please submit a Footprints work order using the online service ticket website at http://footprints.alamo.edu. When submitting a ticket, please select "Hardware Support" from the Service field, "Computer Lab" from the Component field, and the appropriate selection based on your needs from the drop down menu of the Detail field.
