SharePoint/Alamo Share System

Service Description:
SharePoint, also known as AlamoShare, is a district-wide online communication and collaboration tool for use by Alamo Colleges faculty and staff. Faculty and staff can create secure groups within SharePoint; sharing documents, collecting data and having discussions among each member. SharePoint also allows for the creation of electronic forms, approval workflows and customized calendars.

Eligibility: Staff, Faculty

Availability:
Sharepoint Support, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m- 5:00p.m. SharePoint Website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

How to access services (Procedures if Any):
Login to share.alamo.edu/sac with the your workstation username and password using the following format:
                                                         
                                                  username: sac\example name
                                                  password: same as workstation

A user training guide is available on the SAC SharePoint homepage under the "Quick Links" section entitled "Alamo Colleges SharePoint Training". 

For further assistance, services can be requested through the online service ticket website at http://footprints.alamo.edu.
