Student Computer Support

Service Description:

San Antonio College Office of Technology Services (OTS) provides basic walk-in computer support services to San Antonio College students. Service Center agents are available to assist clients with basic virus and malware cleaning, equipment loans, performance optimization, wireless and email set-up, and computer back-up procedures on their assigned Alamo Colleges equipment.  Students may receive assistance on their personal devices by going to the Nail Technical Center room 200.

Eligibility: Student

Availability:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. Excluding college holidays or closures.

How to access services (Procedures if Any): For walk-in technical support services on assigned Alamo Colleges' equipment, students can visit the OTS Service Center, located in the Moody Learning Center, room 710. For assistance on a personal device, students will be referred to the Nail Technical Center, room 200. Be sure to fill out the attached "IT Complimentary Student or Employee Service Item Drop Off" Form located below in the "Supporting Documentation" section.
