ACES (Alamo College Educational Services) is the secure portal encompassing student access to academic resources such as registration, class payment, schedule details, Banner ID information, online courses and student email at San Antonio College. It is also used by Faculty and Staff as an employment and professional development portal.

How to access services (Procedures if Any):
Once enrolled in Alamo Colleges via APPLY TEXAS, students will receive an email confirming their application and be given an ACES username and password in order to login to ACES.
Faculty and Staff will be granted access to ACES during the hiring process.

The initial password is the first two letters of your last name, IN CAPS, followed by your birth date in MMDDYY format.
EXAMPLE: Joe Smith, born on Oct. 11, 1985 would have a default password of SM101185.
IF YOUR DEFAULT PASSWORD DOES NOT WORK WITH YOUR BIRTH DATE:
Try the first two letters of your last name in upper case plus the last 6 numbers of your Banner ID.
Joe Smith, with Banner ID 901234567, would have a default password of SM234567.
