Lab Software/Hardware Upgrades
Every computer lab at San Antonio College consists of a variety of hardware and software. Some labs offer computers with specific discipline centered software. The Office of Technology Services (OTS) updates these software applications as new versions become available. OTS also updates computer lab hardware every five years through the college's Desktop Replacement Plan.

For more information or to request assistance regarding computer lab software/hardware upgrades, please submit a Footprints ticket through the online service ticket website at
or contact the college HelpDesk at 210-486-0777. When submitting a ticket please select,
from the Service field,
from the Component field, and the appropriate option from the drop down menu in the Detail field.
