Service Description:

Banner is the administrative software used by Alamo Colleges.  Banner consists of various integrated modules which share a common database.  The modules used include:  Finance (general ledgers, accounts receivable, accounts payable, etc.), Financial Aid (student financial aid awards), Human Resources (employee records, salaries, etc.) and Student (admissions, registration, etc.).

Eligibility: Staff, Faculty

Availability:
24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Excludes emergency system maintenance timeframes.

How to access services (Procedures if Any):
Go to https://www.alamo.edu/about-us/offices-departments/employees/banner-links/ and click Production Database [PROD] -- Banner 9.  Banner 9 is compatible with FireFox and Google Chrome. 

Refer to Banner Access in this Service Catalog for information on how to request a Banner username/password.
